Robert Highsmith was born in 1949. Art education at New Mexico State University and Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida. Since then repeatedly exposed to individual exhibitions throughout the country. His watercolors are in numerous private and corporate collections in the United States and abroad. Currently, Robert Highsmith is a member of the American Watercolor Society (American Watercolor Society) and a member of the Watercolor Society of New York – New Mexico (New Mexico Watercolor Society)
